Deskripsi Kerja

JEV Management & Trading is seeking a Bilingual Helpdesk Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. We welcome candidates with a minimum of a Diploma level qualification, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Fluency in both Bahasa Indonesia and English is essential.

This full-time position requires working Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with alternate Saturdays. Key responsibilities include managing customer inquiries via calls and live chat, providing exceptional service, and product upselling.

We offer a competitive salary of RM 3,00 to RM 4,00, along with EPF and SOCSO contributions, annual and medical leaves, and training with salary.
