Deskripsi Kerja
Position: Billing Clerk
Location: Bayu Perdana, Klang
Salary: RM 1,500 – RM 1,800 per month
Responsibilities:
– Ensure accurate and single job openings with no duplication
– Dispatch all invoices in a timely manner for payment processing
– Support the billing team as needed and assist with tasks assigned by the manager
– Compile and dispatch all invoices
– Prepare payment vouchers for suppliers’ ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
– Minimum 2 years of working experience
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
