Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Pendamar, Port Klang
Salary: RM 1,500.00 – RM 1,800.00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate job openings (no duplication) and data entry quality.
- Dispatch all invoices promptly for payment processing.
- Support the billing team as needed and handle tasks assigned by the manager.
- Compile and dispatch all invoices.
- Prepare Payment Vouchers for suppliers’ ad hoc payment requests.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office – Word & Excel.
