Deskripsi Kerja
The Body & Paint Manager will lead our collision repair shop, overseeing bodywork and paint operations to ensure high-quality finishes and timely delivery. Responsibilities include estimating, scheduling, quality control, technician coaching, inventory and vendor management, and enforcing safety and environmental standards. Candidate must have 5+ years supervisory experience in auto body and paint, strong technical knowledge of refinishing products and processes, excellent communication skills, and familiarity with I-CAR or ASE certifications. Proven ability to manage budgets, meet KPIs, and deliver exceptional customer service is required.
