Job Description: We are seeking an HR Assistant responsible for updating employee attendance records, monthly payroll calculations, and handling administrative tasks. The role includes monitoring staff attendance, managing leave and overtime records, and supporting HR document preparation and data entry. Additional responsibilities involve inventory management of office supplies, and participating in company activities such as 5S Audit and Kaizen.
Job Requirements: Candidates must possess at least an SPM/Diploma with prior administrative experience preferred. Ability to work independently and collaboratively is essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
