Job Description
- Assist customers in locating desired shop items.
- Inform customers of shop promotions.
- Address and resolve customer complaints.
- Process payments using the POS system.
- Maintain knowledge of store items for recommendations.
- Build relationships with existing clients.
Job Requirement
- Proven retail sales experience.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Must include a current photo in CV.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,500.00/month
