We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to join our team in Bayan Lepas, Penang. The ideal candidate will oversee daily business operations, ensure departmental efficiency, and help develop long-term goals to drive business growth. Responsibilities include evaluating performance, communicating with stakeholders, and managing staff training and development.
Requirements include a degree in Business Management, Logistics, or Supply Chain, with at least 5 years of experience in the Freight Forwarding industry. Candidates should possess strong management and leadership skills, alongside excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Salary offered ranges from RM 6,00.00 to RM 7,500.00 per month.
