Deskripsi Kerja
Burgess Rawson Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Building Executive to assist the Building Manager in the daily operations of our building. The ideal candidate will handle residents and owners’ complaints, supervise service providers, and assist in maintenance and management tasks.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Support daily operations and policies
- Manage resident enquiries professionally
- Oversee maintenance and security services
- Conduct basic maintenance work
- Assist in building value enhancement projects
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month.
