Deskripsi Kerja

Join Glancemy Sdn Bhd as a Building Executive! In this full-time position, you will oversee building operations and maintenance, ensuring all facilities and systems are running optimally. Your role involves coordinating repairs, managing strata records, and advising on compliance with Strata 757 regulations.

Additionally, you will prepare and monitor budgets, handle resident relations, and ensure safety compliance while conducting routine inspections.

We offer a competitive salary of RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month with benefits including maternity leave, promotional opportunities, and professional development.

Work will be conducted in-person, with an expected start date of August 1, 2025.
