Deskripsi Kerja
Metro REC Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Building Executive to oversee our maintenance and services. The ideal candidate will work closely with service providers and contractors, establish performance benchmarks, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Your responsibilities will include promoting good public relations, preparing monthly reports, and managing various administrative tasks. This position requires attending meetings and coordinating with the Account Department on billing and collections.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months) | Salary: RM2,200.00 – RM2,600.00 per month | Benefits: Free parking, maternity leave.
Schedule: Day shift, Fixed shift | Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus.
