Deskripsi Kerja
Metro REC Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Building Executive. The successful candidate will oversee maintenance and services, supervise handymen and administrative assistants, and work closely with contractors. Responsibilities include establishing performance benchmarks, monitoring building service plans, and managing public relations with stakeholders. The role also involves general administration tasks such as report preparation, contract verification, and coordinating with the Accounts Department on billing and collections.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract (12 months). Salary: RM2,600.00 – RM2,800.00 per month. Work Location: In person.
