Deskripsi Kerja
Metro REC Sdn Bhd is seeking a diligent and proactive Building Executive to manage maintenance, public relations, and general administration. Key responsibilities include supervising handymen and administrative assistants, collaborating with service providers, and monitoring building services. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to maintain positive relationships with management, owners, and tenants.
This is a full-time, 12-month contract position offering a salary between RM2,800.00 and RM3,00.00 per month, with a performance bonus. The work schedule consists of day and fixed shifts, requiring in-person attendance.
