Deskripsi Kerja
We are looking for a dedicated Building Executive to oversee the daily operations of our management office and strata building. You will supervise maintenance, cleaning, security, and contractor activities while acting as a liaison between the Management Corporation, residents, contractors, and relevant authorities. Compliance with the Strata Management Act 2013 is essential.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Property Management or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in strata property management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Valid driving license and own transport required.
Job Type: Full-time, 12-month contract
Pay: RM2,500.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
