Deskripsi Kerja
Medivet Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Executive responsible for ensuring that our facilities are in optimal condition. This role involves fixing broken structures, performing preventative maintenance on lifts and equipment, and conducting inspections.
Key responsibilities include:
- Repairing electrical devices
- Replacing faulty lighting
- Coordinating building renovations
- Maintaining air conditioning and ventilation systems
- Inspecting restrooms and common areas
Qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical/Building Maintenance
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
- Proficient in both Malay and English
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM3,00.00 – RM4,00.00/month
