Deskripsi Kerja
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform periodic checks, record, and report on the condition of all electrical equipment, components, and pump motors.
- Attend to minor repairs related to common area facilities.
- Replace and modify faulty minor electrical components and light fittings.
- Maintain and restore minor defects, such as masonry, painting, plumbing, or carpentry work.
- Keep records of all mechanical and electrical parts changed.
- Other duties as assigned by the Building Supervisor/Manager.
Job Type: Full-time, Contract (12 months)
Pay: RM2,200 – RM2,300/month

Education: Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred)
Experience: 2 years in Building Management (Preferred)
Expected Start Date: 10/01/2024
