Deskripsi Kerja
Allied Group Property Services Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Technician.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform periodic checks on electrical equipment.
- Address minor repairs in common areas.
- Replace and modify faulty electrical components.
- Maintain minor defects including masonry and plumbing.
- Keep accurate records of replaced parts.
- Assist with tasks as required by the Supervisor/Manager.
Job Details: Full-time Contract (12 months), Starting Pay: RM2,00.00/month.

Education: Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Preferred).
Experience: 2 years in Building Management (Preferred).
