Deskripsi Kerja

S A PROPERTY MANAGEMENT SDN BHD is seeking a diligent and skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities include:

Repairing damaged equipment.
Ensuring electrical and lift systems are operational.
Maintaining standby generators.
Inspecting fire protection systems.
Managing plumbing systems and water tanks.
Conducting building inspections.
Monitoring landscapes and lighting.

Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM1,800.00 – RM2,300.00/month

Benefits include maternity leave and promotion opportunities.

Schedule: Day shift with overtime available.
