Location: Ambercove
ECS Facility Management Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and responsible Building Manager. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of all residents. Key responsibilities include reviewing service contracts, managing budgets, and maintaining communication with residents and local authorities. You will also supervise site personnel and organize community meetings, while ensuring compliance with the Strata Management Act 2013 (Act 757).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM4,00.00 per month
Work Location: In-person
