Key responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, conducting inspections, and overseeing tenant relations. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management or a related field is preferred. A valid property management certification is a plus.
