Deskripsi Kerja
Rangai PMC is looking for a dedicated Building Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have:
- At least an SPM qualification.
- Preferred diploma/degree in property management or related fields; lower qualifications may apply.
- Relevant experience preferred, but fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Knowledge of the Strata Management Act and Regulations.
- Customer service orientation and professionalism.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literacy and own transport.
