Deskripsi Kerja
Vestcom Property Management is seeking a dedicated Building Technician to join our team in Bukit Serdang, Selangor.
The ideal candidate will perform inspections on common area facilities and lighting, address maintenance complaints, and assist with M&E equipment operations and maintenance.
This full-time position requires 1-3 years of experience and at least an SPM or Diploma in a related field. Candidates must communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Malaysian nationality and motorcycle ownership are preferred.
Salary is RM2,500 per month.
