Deskripsi Kerja
Zerin Properties Urus Harta Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Building Technician to join our team. Applicants must possess at least an SPM/Certificate and have experience in building operation, maintenance, or facilities management.
The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable in Mechanical & Electrical systems, able to work with minimal supervision, and work effectively within a team.
Working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, and Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM. Compensation ranges from RM2,00.00 to RM2,500.00 per month, with health insurance and opportunities for promotion.
