Deskripsi Kerja

Join OSRAM OS Penang as a Business Analyst in Operations, where you will support our board and business in achieving strategic objectives. Responsibilities include overseeing POS activities, processing distributor data, proactive variance analysis, and ensuring data governance. You’ll define and monitor KPIs to enhance operational efficiency and assist in decision-making through reporting and analysis.

Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Technology with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations or finance. Strong Excel skills, business intelligence experience, and effective communication are crucial. Knowledge in SAP and PowerBI is a plus.
