Accenture is seeking a Business Architecture Team Lead with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in the software development field, showcasing hands-on expertise. Candidates should possess a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with a specialization in software. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong understanding of good development practices and software development life cycle methodologies. Proficiency in HTML, JSP, ASP, .NET, C, VB.NET, and SQL Server is essential, along with good verbal and written communication skills in English. A passion for software development is a must.
