Deskripsi Kerja
Job Description:
– Manage membership matters for Rockwills Business Solution (RBS), including database updates for renewals and changes.
– Respond promptly to inquiries from RBS members, REPS, or clients through calls and messages.
– Administer Seminars, Workshops, and Events.
– Prepare reports and analyze data as needed.
– Execute marketing campaigns for RBS events.
– Follow up on business-related tasks and activities.
– Perform other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
– Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is preferred.
– Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
– Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
– Must have a strong desire to learn and grow.
