Acetalent is seeking a skilled Business Development & Recruitment Executive to identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities while fostering strong client relationships. This dynamic role combines sales, recruitment, and account management aimed at ensuring client satisfaction and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identifying and securing new business opportunities.
- Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs.
- Conducting market research to tailor recruitment solutions.
Requirements: A diploma or degree in a related field, strong communication skills, experience in recruitment or sales, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. This is a full-time position with a salary of up to RM3,00.00 per month.
