Deskripsi Kerja
In-Tech Electronics is seeking a motivated Training Assistant Intern to support our Training Department. This role involves daily administration and coordination of training functions and events, providing a unique opportunity for hands-on research and organization. Interns will learn new techniques to enhance trainee education while working closely with training supervisors in a professional office environment.
Primary Objectives:
- Learn assigned processes and develop training materials.
- Evaluate and improve training methods.
- Propose innovative training methodologies to enhance effectiveness.
- Revamp training records and performance evaluations.
Schedule: Monday to Friday
Contract length: 4 months
Pay: RM1,00.00 – RM1,500.00 per month
