Deskripsi Kerja
SQ Cafeteria is seeking a dedicated Cafe Manager/Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our café. Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting and training café staff.
- Creating weekly work schedules and managing staff absences.
- Verifying correct delivery of supplies.
- Addressing customer complaints.
- Developing strategies to attract and retain customers.
Requirements: Fluency in Chinese, English, and Malay; proven management experience; excellent communication and organizational skills.
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,500.00 per month.
