ELITE TRANSFORM TEAM is seeking a dedicated Cafe Operation Manager to oversee all aspects of cafe operations. Your responsibilities will include managing staff, controlling inventory, and handling financial reporting. You will drive sales through effective marketing strategies while ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
We are looking for candidates with a minimum of 3 years of experience in cafe or restaurant management, strong leadership skills, and a customer-focused mindset. Proficiency in financial management and operations planning is essential.
Join us full-time with a salary ranging from RM8,00.00 to RM9,00.00 per month. This position involves travel as part of your role.
