Deskripsi Kerja
We are currently seeking a dedicated Cafe Supervisor to enhance our team! Enjoy career progression, EPF and SOCSO contributions, training, overtime, and medical benefits.
Job Scope:
- Create employee schedules for efficient operations.
- Supervise and train staff to maintain service standards.
- Oversee daily cafe operations including cash handling and inventory management.
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle inquiries professionally.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Team Lead in F&B.
- Must possess at least SPM/O-Level.
- Able to work extra hours & on Public Holidays.
