Deskripsi Kerja
CIFOS is seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Call Center Agents. We encourage fresh graduates with Degrees or Diplomas to apply. Ideal candidates will have a good command of English and the ability to interact with all levels within the organization.
Responsibilities include staying informed about banking products, resolving customer issues, recording interactions, and collaborating with team members. This contract position lasts for six months, with a pay range of RM2,700.00 – RM3,00.00 per month.
