Deskripsi Kerja

As a Call Center Agent at Career FOS Search, you will be the first point of contact for our valued banking customers. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our banking products and services.

We encourage fresh graduates with degrees or diplomas to apply. A good command of English is essential. Responsibilities include guiding customers, resolving issues, and adhering to banking regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,700.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
