Building sustainable customer relationships and maintaining detailed records in our database is essential.
Requirements: Experience in medical or insurance customer support is a plus. Strong communication skills, active listening, and adaptability are essential.
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent. Schedule: Monday to Friday, Rotational Shift.
Supplemental Pay: Attendance and performance bonuses.
