Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Bukit Mertajam
Training: HQ, KL (7 to 14 days)
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to remind them about overdue account payments.
- Negotiate and collaborate with customers to arrange practical payment solutions.
- Effectively conduct follow-up calls on agreed dates for payment confirmation.
- Work individually or as part of a team to meet collection targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum education: SPM or equivalent.
- No experience required; fresh SPM graduates encouraged to apply.
- Training will be provided.
- Fluency in Malay is a must.
- Basic computer skills are required.
Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month + Commission.
