Deskripsi Kerja

Location: Bukit Beruntung

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to remind them about overdue account payments;
• Negotiate and work with customers to arrange practical payment plans;
• Effectively conduct follow-up calls on scheduled dates for payment confirmation;
• Collaborate in teams or individually to achieve collection targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent;
• No experience required; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply;
• Training will be provided;
• Proficiency in Malay is mandatory;
• Computer literacy is essential.

Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month + Commission.
