Location: Sime UEP Industrial Park, Subang
Job Type: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM
Salary Range: RM2,00.00 – RM2,500.00 per month
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers via calls and emails for product troubleshooting.
- Check warranty status of IT products.
- Provide service quotations to customers.
- Follow up on customer inquiries and coordinate with engineers.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications: Diploma/Degree in any discipline required.
