Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Ampang
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to remind them about overdue account payments;
- Negotiate and collaborate with customers to establish practical payment arrangements;
- Effectively follow up on scheduled dates for payment confirmation;
- Work individually or as part of a team to achieve collection targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent;
- No experience required; SPM graduates are encouraged to apply;
- Training will be provided;
- Ability to communicate in Malay is a must;
- Computer literate.
Salary:
- RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month + Commission.
