Deskripsi Kerja

Location: Bukti Bintang

Responsibilities:

• Contact customers to remind them of overdue payments;
• Negotiate and work with customers to arrange feasible payment plans;
• Effectively follow up on scheduled dates for payment confirmation;
• Collaborate in teams or independently to achieve collection targets.

Qualifications:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent;
• No experience required; SPM graduates are encouraged to apply;
• Training will be provided;
• Fluency in Malay is mandatory;
• Computer skills are required;
• Accommodation is available for those in need.

Salary: RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month + Commission.
