Deskripsi Kerja
Location: Bukit Mertajam
Responsibilities:
- Contact customers to remind them of overdue account payments.
- Negotiate and collaborate with customers to establish practical payment arrangements.
- Effectively follow up on scheduled dates for payment confirmation calls.
- Work collaboratively in a team or independently to achieve collection targets.
Qualifications:
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- No experience necessary; SPM graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Training will be provided.
- Proficiency in spoken Malay is a must.
- Computer literacy is required.
Salary:
- RM1,500.00 – RM2,00.00 per month + commission.
