Deskripsi Kerja

Company: Billmount Sdn Bhd

Position: Call Centre 102

Responsibilities:

Collect payments from delinquent customers.
Contact customers using approved methods of communication.
Advise on necessary actions for debt repayment.
Follow up on payment commitments.
Handle Banking & Telco clients.

Requirements:

SPM leavers are encouraged to apply.
Experience is not required; training provided.
Good communication skills in BM & English.
Self-discipline and a team player.

Salary: RM2,00 – RM3,00 based on experience
