Deskripsi Kerja
Join our dynamic team at Pan Malaysian Pools as a Call Centre Agent! You will support our helpdesk by handling inbound and outbound betting calls.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with account activation and promote our services.
- Respond to inquiries related to accounts.
- Guide customers on using the dmcGO mobile betting app.
- Update customer information in the system.
- Handle administrative tasks for the Call Centre.
Requirements:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- No experience required; training provided.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, or Cantonese.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willing to work weekends and holidays.
