Deskripsi Kerja
Company: Inovasi Makmur Sdn Bhd
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Friday with 2 Alternate Saturdays
Salary: RM 1,800.00 – RM 2,00.00 per month

- Customer service experience
- Database management skills
- SPM / STPM / Diploma
Job Description:
- Call customers regarding outstanding debts
- Encourage timely repayment and negotiation of payment plans
- Manage inquiries and complaints
