Deskripsi Kerja
Position: Claims Specialist Insurance Cantonese Speaker
Tenure: 1 year contract
Working Location: KL
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently handle and process insurance claims.
- Communicate with clients in Cantonese and English.
- Assess claim documentation to determine coverage.
- Liaise with internal departments for claim resolutions.
- Ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records and follow up on pending cases.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the process.
- Report potential fraud cases to relevant departments.
Pay: RM7,00.00 – RM7,500.00 per month
