Deskripsi Kerja
Transmatic Automotive Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated Car Service Advisor to join our team. You will manage daily customer service needs, ensuring compliance with SST procedures, scheduling service appointments, promoting services and spare parts sales, and handling customer complaints.
Your role includes coordinating with mechanics on work status and providing timely updates to clients. Reminding customers of their appointments and proactively updating spare part statuses is essential.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: RM2,00.00 – RM3,00.00 per month
Expected Start Date: 11/07/2024
