Deskripsi Kerja
We are seeking a dedicated Car Service Centre Branch Administrator for immediate hire.
Responsibilities:
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as filing and invoicing.
- Record customer data and services in the system accurately.
- Manage inventory and enter data into the system.
- Ensure adequate stock levels and place orders as necessary.
- Respond to customer calls/messages professionally.
- Report daily/monthly sales to management.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Administration/Business preferred.
- Proficient in computer skills and MS Office.
- Experience in the automotive field is a plus.
