Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and travel plans.
- Organize documents and manage data entry.
- Prepare meeting materials and follow up on decisions.
- Facilitate communication across departments.
- Handle personal matters for the CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Fluent in English, Chinese, and Bahasa Melayu.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
