Deskripsi Kerja
Skill Quotient Technologies Inc. is seeking a skilled IT Change Manager to oversee and manage changes within our IT environment. You will ensure that changes to IT systems and processes are implemented smoothly, minimizing disruption to services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end IT change process.
- Facilitate Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings.
- Evaluate change requests for risk and impact.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL standards.
- Maintain the Change Management database.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in IT change management.
- ITIL Foundation certification preferred.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
Job Type: Full-time | Pay: RM7,00.00 – RM15,00.00 per month.
