Deskripsi Kerja
Type: Permanent
Shift: 24/7 rotation shift (5 days work, 2 days off)
Salary: Chat Team Basic RM300
Location: Sunway Visio Tower (Nearby LRT)
Job Scope:
- Clarify customer requirements and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Listen attentively and build rapport with customers.
- Maintain knowledge of client products and services.
- Document information accurately in the call tracking database.
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM Certificate or above; fluent in Mandarin.
- Able to start IMMEDIATELY and work rotational shifts.
- Strong customer service orientation and computer skills.
