Deskripsi Kerja

Join CIFOS as a Chat Support representative! Your responsibilities will include:

• Understanding customer enquiries and responding via email, chat, and callbacks.
• Managing customer escalations and ensuring all SLAs are met.
• Providing a high level of professionalism and customer service.
• Communicating effectively in a friendly manner with customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,500.00 – RM5,00.00 per month

Schedule: Rotational shift

Education: STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience: 1 year in customer service (Preferred)

Language: Mandarin (Preferred)
