Are you passionate about cooking and food presentation? We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team at Holiday Inn Melaka. In this role, you will:
- Prepare food according to portion and quality standards specified in recipes.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and brand standards.
- Assist with food preparation, presentation, and storage.
- Prepare ingredients and equipment needed for service in advance.
Requirements: At least 2 years of experience in the hotel industry, availability to work shifts including weekends and public holidays. Positions are open to Malaysians only.
