We are seeking a passionate Chef de Partie (Pastry) to assist in the efficient running of our kitchen, ensuring high-quality products and exceptional service.
You will supervise the pastry section, contributing to our commitment to excellence. Qualifications include a minimum of 2 years as Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a reputable hotel or restaurant, along with a strong understanding of kitchen hygiene practices.
